This policy explains how Edo Design Co, a DBA of Edo Design LLC ("we," "us"), handles information collected through edodesign.co (the "Site"). We keep this simple, because the Site itself is simple.
The only information we collect is what you choose to give us in the request form:
The Site does not use advertising trackers, and it does not set marketing cookies.
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to review your request and respond to you about a possible project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
When you submit the form, the details are sent to us by email and by an internal notification so we see your request. To do this we use trusted service providers, including Resend for email delivery and Slack for internal notifications. These providers process the data only to deliver your request to us.
We keep request messages as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will take care of it.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision.
